Where is this taken from?

I was here recently and couldn't make out the tall structure in the middle distance.Think it might be Emley Moor transmitter. Close up to follow.

I recently used a link that should have given me a Google Street view of a part of Leeds but I got very confused when the link brought up a view in North Dakota (and not a place called Leeds)!In view of your link Jogon that shows the Charles Stead building on Scott Hall Road (its actually located on Sheespscar Street North, but that is not obvious) I thought this photo taken on January 7 2012 may be of interest (it is one of many that I took then around the Charles Stead building). The building on the left is what used to be the Skinners Arms.

Looks like they are struggling with this one Jogon, I think we need a little clue perhaps. I can think of no better clue but to say you can see the number 91 bus pass the bottom of this road every half an hour.
