Where is this carving?

Hoping not to bore SL viewers with another where is this? post today but I spotted this bust on a building when I was in the centre of Leeds today (June 25 2013) and thought it could do for a 'Where' in the 'What & Where'. As far as I can tell it does not seem to have been used as a W&W before.PS. I like the small flowering plants that are managing to grow there.

As there have even been no cryptic clues yet I don't know if the location of the bust is readily known and nobody wants to respond to such an easy 'Where is this?' or if it is so hard that nobody definitely knows yet (though I doubt that ). I have posted with this a slightly different angle view of the bust that may, or may not, help in stating its location.

Thankfully to take the shots I was able to zoom in without possibly risking breaking my neck! The Sun was a problem though and also my waiting around so that I was not obstructing people passing by too much!

I thought I would add this slightly different angle photo of the bust that I took (the photo, not the bust! ) on June 25 2013. The head seems to have a crown on it and if so that may help in finding who the person is (I've no idea) but (as far as I know) if the location is not known I doubt that this photo will help in solving that (I'm not being cryptic).Edit added around 00:15 on June 29. I've just realised that I posted the same photo in my post on 26-Jun-2013 18:20:21. I think my mind is going (not that there is much left to it!).

I thought it was time to reveal where the bust is. It's on top of Yates's at the Boar Lane/New Station Street junction, as seen in the attached photo that I took on June 25 2013.I've tried to find out about the history of building but I've not been able to readily find anything. There is what may be the same building where Yates's is in an 1891 map in the Old-Maps UK (OMUK) website. That map labels a Saracen's Head PH (public house) further along the building at the Boar Lane/Mill Hill junction but has no label for where Yates's is. There is no New Market Street on an 1850 map in the OMUK website but there are premises marked where Yates's is located, so the building and bust might have been there then.
