The photo used as the 'Memory Lane' feature on page 13 of the Yorkshire Evening Post (YEP) today (June 12 2013) is captioned "Leeds, January 30, 1970. Firemen fight a blaze which destroyed a sports store in the heart of Leeds last night. About 50 pupils at a nearby school of music were evacuated as firemen fought the flames".I wonder if anyone knows the location where the photo was taken? Unfortunately, if the item can be accessed online in the YEP website I was unable to find it. Incidentally, in view of its early printing the YEP could not now print a photo of an event that happened last night!

And the nearby school of music?I was thinking of Arthur Clues but in its former Woodhouse Lane premises.
