Hi everyone, it's been a long time since any comments on this thread but I have been advised by "her who knows best" that I need to "get rid" of those old maps collecting dust under the spare bed!I have just started logging what I'm about to put on Ebay in the next week or so and thought I might let you have an opportunity to get your hands on them first.I am not looking for a fortune, most of them I would be happy with a couple of quidish each, however any that are in a "set" I would not want to split up.Too many to list but they range from 1890's to 1960's, all Ordnance Survey, scales 6 inch to mile, 1:1250, 1:2500There are 47 maps of the same scale / size that need to stay together, another set of 8, then the rest are in singles or doubles. There are a couple of interesting ones too, one of an architects view of improvements to roads at Halton, nr Irwin Arms, the road system never materialized but very interesting.A hand drawn on cloth plan of the Sandhill estate at Moortown by Mark Bristow Esq. no date.A few more interesting ones of Garforth, Dawsons Corner before Bramley ext. to ring road, Wakefield Westgate 1090's? and Selby town centre. There must be over 70 maps in all, I'd be more than happy to let them go to good homes for aboout 100 quid the lot. (or thereabouts)If you want any further info or wanna see them mail me or leave a comment, not going on sale anywhere else till next weekend.

roughly how much are you thinking of Billy?I would love to buy them but have no room to keep them like yourself although perhaps we could buy them as a Secret leeds resource and have someone act as keeper?
