This one's barely discernable but it used to say "apx pickles" on Wyther Lane

Another former industrial premises converted into luxury apartmentsbut at least they've retained the original sign.From George Lowes engineering works,Kirkstall Rd.

No photos this time,just a recollection.Many years ago I called in The New Inn on Tong Road.The interior was decorated with old cast-iron street signs,persumably from the surrounding area-now demolished.It was unique in its day but I've no idea if they're still there.
