The Crown and Anchor in Rodley and The Clothiers Arms on Yeadon High Street. Wetherspoon's have bought the Clothiers Arms. If they get a good manager it could become a decent real ale pub, but that's not always the case with Wetherspoons.

Pardon me if I've missed it but I noticed on Saturday that 'The George' on Richardshaw Lane is no longer a functioning pub.I used to work on the Grangefield estate and the George was a popular lunchtime pub. It's called 'George House' now and looks like offices.

The landlord of the ex George is now running The Great Northern, bottom o't'hill. Call in at Wagon n' horses if you want cheap logs for your wood burning stove. (neutral observations)

Any idea when the Goodman was demolished?
My flickr pictures are herehttp://www.flickr.com/photos/phill_dvsn/Because lunacy was the influence for an album. It goes without saying that an album about lunacy will breed a lunatics obsessions with an album - The Dark side of the moon!
