The Roller looks like a Silver Wraith, and I think the bike has "Dawes" on the frame.

So it was investigated and no further action wa taken. It took until 2007 for them to come forward. The guy can't answer because he is dead. If the complainants felt their lives were affected they should have come forward much earlier.
