What is/was this 'cabin' at Granary Wharf used for?

I took this photo today (August 22 2012). I wonder if anyone knows what this 'cabin' at Granary Wharf is/was used for? It looks so out of place there!

Isn't that 'Wendy's House'? When I saw the title of this thread I thought it was about that shed somewhere under the dark arches.
