I see Gration is back on Look North tonight after a fortnight of freeloading in London.Unfortunately his gurning sidekick is co-presenting the welcome home event.

Oh crumbs On News 24 It's live and uninterrupted coverage of the games being packed away, non action brought to you exclusively from the scene as nothing happens.

As a 12 year old, I had the dubious honour of being kicked out of the International pool, for performing a bomb from that very 10 meter board.Tom Daley......pfffffft!

Just got back in from the disorganised bunfight that was Millennium Square this evening. You might have seen me on Look North...Pics will follow, but probably tomorrow as it's far too late to start processing them now.

Being penny pinchers, ITV only have two HD feeds - one from the Machester Studios, formerly Granada and the other from London, formerly Carlton and you get either the 'northern' or 'southern' one depending on where you live. ITV Yorkshire is still available in stunning Standard definition on 103 (on $ky).Mind you, the BBC are as bad, they just don't show any regional news content on the BBC1 HD channel...
