Where is this metalwork?

Where is this simple but elegant metalwork to be found in Leeds? It should be easy as there are clues in the photo, but not the drink can that I had not realised was there when I took this photo yesterday! Memo to self. Be sure to check in future that there is no rubbish in view. Mind you, it's getting near impossible nowadays not to have such as wheelie bins, litter, cars, people or whatever in view!
