Easy really as I have used that as a where is this in the past! It was probably unfair of me to answer but I rarely know any What & Where.

It is currently undergoing some renovation work to be used for various things. It seems to be called the Majestyk nowadays but I still know it as the Majestic. The Sound of Music film was held there for what seemed like years!
