Stay Lucky 3 is just released, it has loads of locations in Leeds, York and Sowerby BridgeThomas's shop is on Beeston Hill, oh how that has changed in 20 years or so.Love Waterman and Jan Francis (xxx)

Heres a great screen shot from Stay Lucky 3 of the original boat builders dry dock in canal basin, complete with boat.Renovation required

I took this photo on December 9 2011. It is a similar view as that in the Stay Lucky still frame above, but the background has certainly changed a lot since then! I wonder if it is the same boat but now repaired?

Pretty sure its not the same building. Two or three new buildings build in a older style were constructed a few years ago.See http://g.co/maps/5c3yb from the other side of your photo. This shows the stone warehouse and if you look further round Canal Wharfe you will see the rest of it.

The building at the back has long gone, it was Crabtrees and you can see it here
