Just splashed out 50p in Mind shop Headingley for a mint copy.Bit of a time capsule (pre Laptop etc) and will re-read. A lot less development and city living then too. Think the first tranche of riverside conversions were done, often conversion of old stock.Roger Ratcliffe the Editor ex YP Journ. I'm not techy but I remembered the intro saying it was entirely "the product of desktop publishing technology" (see pic).The kit used is probs museum stuff now.

You get Amazon-hit for the "£2.80" delivery though so I find the cheapest book on Amazon is circa £3. I like it & use it tho

In 1983 I was using the old Amstrads with twin floppies, before the hard disk version came out.In the 90's Pagemaker was the first ever design package I ever used and I still use today however it is now known as Adobe Indesign 6.
