Sweet In the days before fancy pot washing devices, sponges etc., my mother often referred to whatever it was we were using for that purpose at that time as dish clouts.

On a related note, what's on at Easter that is interesting you?Does anyone have any plans to get out and about and enjoy the break, perhaps something different or unusual, or even inspiring?

Majorhoundii YOU HAVE MADE MY DAY!!I was pregnant at the time (April '81) and I had a memory of buying and washing a pack of 20 terry nappies and hanging them on the line to dry in the snow. Now I know it wasn't a dream!

Well I went to the Pace Egg plays at Hebden Bridge and heptonstall.The former is done by the lads from Calder High School at Midgeley and was very good,whilst the latter is always done by the Heptonstall Players and is great and hilarious!

Suppose you kept your clothes on then this easter? too cold to do otherwise not been posting as much lately as very busy.I have been asked to contribute to a book on haunted Wakefield so checking sites,sources etc.
