Would it by any chance be Flares Nightclub, Bishopgate Street / City Square?. It was the Midland Bank, but before it was the Yorkshire Bank. I assume the Bradford Coat of Arms has something to do with this?

Old pic courtesy of Leodis. I think you can see the said coat of arms on the right, just round to the right of the main leeds one over the door.

actually yes - I have pics of them all -reading from the left hand facing side of the building are Doncaster (I think), Hull, York, Leeds in the centre, Bradford, Huddersfield and Ripon.
