Yes there is but landed shoppers are below the sight line of my modertate building 6 floors below its roof level - I think significant obstructions to the view of many features must be the case, certainly to the s - sw, but somewhere I would not objecting to taking the view from none the less.Our roof offered such a vanatge point but no more with the arrrival of the extended old PO building and developments along the river line - used to be able to aee the Motorway to the horizon, but, no more
