I expect soon to see a glacier moving over Leeds and that the YEP will report on it several days late!

The council finally get the bin collections running as they should for three weeks in a row, then decide to review the operation in line with "long term strategic aims".Oh, and the roadworks on Kirkstall Road enter their final phase, as WorstBus announce the price of a weekly greenzone ticket is to rise to £1,000,000.
