Thanks,I don't have that one.I have a couple of his stuff and have met him a couple of times.a good author. No problem i will save it for you. I was nearly tempted to call and see you lads at the Vic as I dropped my son and his wife off at the German Market on Sat. at 6.50pm. As I passed the Vic I noticed people were standing outside! It appeared to be very busy! I couldnt find anywhere to park nearby so went back to my sons house as the wife and I were babysitting. Seems you had a good night and nobody got too drunk! Glad there was no bother! It was a good night stutterdog you were right the pub was packed apart from our room.It was nice and quiet we could hear our selfs speak but you had to allow twenty minutes to get a drink, i had trouble finding a parking spot.
No matter were i end my days im an Hunslet lad with Hunslet ways.

when I got there at 6:45 pm the room we had booked was heaving with people from another party.I didn't recognise any of them and thought that Secret Leeds was certainly popular if this crowd were from there<G>!I fought my way to the bar and eventually pointed out to a barmaid that we had a private party booked in the room from 7 pm.To be fair they promptly kicked all the crowd out and let us have it ,tidied up and put reserved on the door.It was lovely and quiet as tilly said ,however not having been in that bar for ages, I didn't realise it doesn't have a seperate bar. Every time someone wanted a drink they vanished for nearly ten minutes!
Steve JonesI don't know everything, I just like to give that impression!

[how many turned up by the way. ?I counted 10 of us altogether I think ,though I might have missed counting Liits in that total I'm not sure. The excellent Cornish Stout might have affected my counting ability later on<G>.Brandy, thanks for the offer of the Winrar file.I have managed to get it anyway.

Nice to meet you lot. Shame that the real beer choice was down to Thwaites and that Cornish Stout, but both quite drinkable.Managed to get the connection homeward in Harrogate and get home to let the hound out. Will keep my eye open for the next planned meeting.
I like work. I can watch it for hours.

I suffered yesterday.Note to selfEat before you go out.Otherwise a great night,Pat from Dublin is a top bloke, i swear his voise is so calming and rich that it would make the naughtiest child sit down and listen.I think i only managed to get 2 Jonesy jokes in all night,i must be slipping.and once more,Steve, for the record, its not naked blokes, its naked women.and wait for this,Liits should be pronounced "Loots".The biggest surprise of the night for me was the discovery that Tilly is a bloke!!Hats off to Liits,PC,Riponian and Mr and Mrs Brigantian for making the effort for coming as far as they did.Cheers for the DVD Brandy and im sure i had a laugh with Jim,but the memory is a bit hazy.
