We all know that the Civic Hall is a manifestation of a centuries old duruidic conspiracy, what with it pyraminds, owls and alignment with other buildings etc. However today I was looking at it and was puzzled byt the four cherubs on the front corners who appear to be wrestling with a dog, turkey, goose and sheep. It may be the same cherub or quads. i don't know. Any clues what it's all about?

No idea about the cherubs, but I've always been puzzled by the turtles on the clocks - in honour of the terrapins at Tropical World, maybe?! :-)

Is the purpose of the turtles to deflect your attention from the cherubs? Focus on the cherubs.
