I think that Parksider and I are united in the view that in the country of the blind, the one-eyed man is king ( or genius as the case maybe! )

Nice pics, Lee. Were they taken just after the gasholder was repainted, a few years ago? It looks very clean compared to Phill's pictures!

PHEW !! - Somebody's got a good head for heights - you wpuldn't get me up their at any price - unless of course somebody was careless with a match or a fag end and I had no choice. A really great and unusual picture though.
There's nothing like keeping the past alive - it makes us relieved to reflect that any bad times have gone, and happy to relive all the joyful and fascinating experiences of our own and other folks' earlier days.
