We have just moved into one of the new houses on the Oak estate off Oak Tree Drive (Fairway Hill) at the bottom on the left, and wondered if any one knew what was on the land previous?

Always remember it been playing fields for cold coats school for as far as 40 years or so, not a lot of help sorry
