Always remembered the nymphs on plinths,but they were moved with the remodellining of City Square to reflect their original position.Th Black Prince hasnt moved,its an optical illusion.Preparatory road works were carried out for the (assured) Supertram,the road works lead to a widening of the road down from Park Row,hence the apparent "movement forward" of the Black Prince.BTW,there was a local by law prohibiting the striking of matches on the bottoms of the Nymphs.I love stuff like that
