Looks like it Regi - as is so often the case, the majority loose out on such amenities because the more blatant minority aren't dealt with.

Couldn't agree more Reggie, i have no issue with ppls lifestyles, their choice but not in public, used to go cycling as a family down the side of Golden Acre, then across to Eccup, public woods but with the usual filth going on, chased quite a few off over the years and taken car numbers and reported them.However, a fire engione crew in Bristol last year were reprimanded when they were trying to find a bush fire and their lights illuminated a group of men in scrubland. The men complained and the firemen were remrimanded, despite the fact that the men were commiting acts of public indecency.Mad!
