Here's a very rare pic of Benjamin Gott High school, taken from the YEP. It was sometime in the late 80's early 90's when it was threatened with closure.. The low building behind the pupils is the secretary and headmasters offices. I think there's only one other pic around of the school and that's one on Leodis that I donated. It's taken from the top of the golf course.

The photo of Benjamin Gott High or Gotts Park C.S. as it was when I went there from 66-71 brings back memories. The classroom at the top to the left was my classroom in my 2nd year.Anyone remember teachers Mansfield,Kirby,Halton,Brown,Guy,Mellor and Headmaster Jed Hill and deputy Morris few more that I can't remember. The rumour went that it was built on a bog and sunk a few inches a year.Enjoyable days.

I was at Gotts Park/Benjamin Gott High from 69-74 and all those teachers were still there then. Do you remember Mick Keeting? I think he taught Biology, he died earlier this year.

Ah yes now I remember. How on earth do you remember all these names? I'm younger than you and it's very difficult for me. I can only remember 2 teachers from my primary school, Castleton. Well 2 teachers and the headmaster, also I must admit it was a hell of a lot better at BG when the girls arrived.
