Was the Pioneer in Leek Street Flats the only example of this? Used to pass it as a kid and was always fascinated by it. it was about 4 floors up.
Ravioli, ravioli followed by ravioli. I happen to like ravioli.

There was (is ??) the Sphynx in one of the Cottingley 25 storey blocks.

No, the Sphinx (latterly the Cottingley [ now boarded up[) was a separate building to the flats

there are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand ternary, those that don't and those that think this a joke about the binary system.

Oh yes Drapesy - my failing memory - so it was. I had mistakenly thought that it was sort of "built in" to the entrance foyer.

The pub in the old Seacroft Centre was the Sovereign.

Spent many happy hours supping ale there with my old Dad when he lived in one of the tower blocks there. I take it from Jimbo5553's use of the word "was" that it's now gone the way of so many other Leeds pubs? If so, sad.
