rofl they've 'bollarded' themselves in the muppets lol Ps/ Its not glendale is it

I've always wondered this, but can someone tell me how the photo is embedded in the message above?I have seen people do this before, but when I post pictures it treats it as an actual attachment, and not like this. Also I've seen people post multiple pics in one message. How can this be?

The pic is on Photobucket, if you click the actual link shown in the post, it will take you to the pic on P/bucket You can then see the various links in HTML code and the thumbnail code, which is the one posted
