I suggested hiring the Old Steps bar on York Place for a secret leeds party.Saturday afternoon seemed suitable.How about having it in may?If we avoid Easter Saturday, then possibly 18th or 25th?I need to check with the pub regarding free dates.we can get it from around 1 pm .we would need to have definite numbers for a buffet.The bar is free,but I would need to know by the end of April definite numbers so that food can be ordered.I could pay in advance for it.

When you say the "bar is free" do we take that literally ? there will be bus loads turning up!

Any chance somebody could arrange a look around the workings of the Potts Clocks, that would make a good day out [what with the free bar and all.....].

The hire is free,not the drink<G>.i will speak to them next week if i can about dates.
