It's got lots of units at differeng sizes for rent so it attracts different types uf business. I do think that the "Superstore" could be a great lunch venue food court and the balcony needs promoting to get people up there. The arcade has potentiat and the rear (old Pig & Whistle) could be redeveloped to suit students and the underpass could be utilised with some imagination.

Only problem with the superstore is that it is relatively far out of town. If you have loads of shopping etc and you want lunch its far to go to then walk back into town to get a bus etc. having said that the west indian place is great!

Of course it will soon be just over the road from our new arena.
