Strange field of stuff near Rodley

Thanks for your suggestions folks! I tend to agree with LS1's suggestion that perhaps there was some kind of auction / sale going on as the items placed around the field appear to be farming related equipment. Perhaps the farmer was selling up, or maybe just having some kind of audit of equipment for insurance purposes or something. What was it somebody suggested about the image not been on 'live' maps or something? Is there a version of Google maps that has more up to date images rather than the aerial photos seen on google maps uk?

Wow, I have never seen that Microsoft mapping / birdseye view thing before, I am quite impressed, but you only get to see things from a certain angle, its quite a lot more detailed than google maps tho.

Yes,and its a bit more up to date also,still cant wait to see my area on the Google streetview when(IF)they finally roll it out

You know I've deja vu'd before about wondering if the newer people realise how much there is on here in pas threads - it's not obvious unless you know, that you only see threads from the last month, unless you find the select button which brings up everything back to the genesis of SL. There's room I think for a more obvious beginers how to do it help bit here. Having said that, I can't find the message about the lost WW1 bunker tv programme I know is here somewhere Did anyone watch it last night - very good I thought.
