Desirable? Possibly he means more desirable than the multitude of buy to let appartments that are now presumably empty for the forseeable future that Criterion would have added to. Something for all the people of Leeds and its surrounds rather than the select few…….

according to tonight's look bored it is only between sweet street and elland road but maybe LCC are keeping other options quiet

tyke bhoy wrote: according to tonight's look bored it is only between sweet street and elland road but maybe LCC are keeping other options quiet Well know tomorrow.I think my preference would be Sweet Street,despite a couple of drawbacks with it.Elland Road would be of virtually no benefit to the city financially as only the promotors/operators and acts will benefit,people will drive there because its too far to walk,and then go,just like Sheffield.Sweet Street would be closer to the centre and will be more likely to encourage visitors to stay at a hotel or sample the nightlife in town before or after.Of course my idea is the best (ahem ahem)
