A suspended artwork figure (?) at Leeds Station.

There has been an artwork figure (?) suspended from the roof of the concourse of Leeds Station for many weeks now. The figure was still there on at least January 26 2017. There did not seem to be any information relating to the figure (if there was I did not see it) so I wonder if anyone knows anything about it? I took these 3 photos on December 22 2016.
