You need to choose the full editor option under the comment box. If your image is already hosted on t'interweb then use the img button and place the image url between the two tags it generates. If your image is on your pc or private storage click on the attachments tab under the full editor and browse to your file. There seems to be an unspecified limit on the size of attachments and as you will see from Leodian's work a limit of 3 per post.
