How about if we see if we can get the top bar at Whitelocks for Saturday 9th of January ?
It is after new year so parties should be over.This bar is better for anyone with a problem climbing stairs as it is level access.I am in Leeds on Saturday so could pop in nad ask if people are OK with the date? thinking from about 7p.m?

No good for me as I'm working Saturday nights as I posted earlier and Leeds city centre is the last place I want to be on a Saturday night anyway. But if the majority want it then no worries go for it.

As fir as I'm concerned the venue is immaterial [although I like the idea of Whitelock's, but was the Lamb & Flag considered?] but, please, can the date be settled PDQ as I'm vying with a colleague for that particular weekend off.

I tried to get into Whitelocks on Saturday afternoon but it was so full that I couldn't get in on the two times I tried!
