Where are these buildings?

It's very quiet on SL the last few days so I thought I would post this. So where are these unused buildings? I took the photo today (September 19 2014). Cryptic answers for now please if you know.

Nobody home it seems but since when Leo? The windowed turret (or whatever it is) on the roof seems somehow familiar but I can't pinpoint it.

I don't definitely recall how long they have been out of use but it must be many years. I very occasionally have a walk in the area and I recall some very nearby buildings were not being used at least over 20 years ago and I think those in the photo might have also been out of use since even at least then. Oh, unless you were meaning to be being cryptic your post inadvertently has a cryptic clue!
