completely unrelated but on the subject of fires I had to ring the fire brigade twice last week due to school kids setting fires in Clayton Woods and Woodside Quarry. Stuff like this has occasionally happened during school holidays but last week was a record arson season. I could see groups of teenagers out of my window setting fires then running away only to cause another fire 5 minutes later. Its sad that areas of woodland and wildlife are being affected by this mindless destruction.
