No idea what they are filming, but you were lucky to get those photos. It's a rarity to see a film set in detail like that. It looks impressive whatever they are up to. Well done

Wow, great shots! We saw the film vans etc, but nothing much was happening when we walked by. Were these taken inside the abbey itself?

Yeah, we just walked in with no idea what was going on! Pays to brass it out! Then we asked a bloke and he told us it was a period drama but by then he'd taken up door duty and wouldn't let us back in.My Mrs, who lacks nosiness, missed out on getting inside, she's convinced it's Game of Thrones Series 4, which it can't be, it's already 'in the can' - being aired 2nd April.

I can't help with this one, but I know that the same location was used in 2001 to double for a street market / bazaar in Istanbul in an American TV remake of Murder on the Orient Express.

Excellent and interesting photos. I wonder if there is a secret tunnel behind at least one bookcase.

Thinking back the guy said it was a TV Period drama, not a Movie if that's any clue...

I was watching the recent BBC Great Train Robbery two-parter and the beginning of the second part is Hyde Park Picture House, spotted it immediately!!
