OK, which one of you lot were under the dark arches on Wed, around 2ish, in the tunnel immediately as you enter dark arches from Queens hotel side?Saw a chap in there with a tripod and camera getting ready to snap some shops.. lol

Probably to do with the proposed redevelopment of the area.
