Is Fir Tree school in Moortown/Alwoodley being demolised.

I went around my old childhood area of the 80s and I noticed my old school in the Lingfield/firtree estate is totally overgrown. As far as im aware this was still a school upto quite recently but its just been deserted now. Sorry i didnt take any pics of it.Does anyone know if its getting demolised and what will be in place?

My old school too! As far as I know it's been empty for ages - think it was used as some kind of storage/resource centre after it closed as a school, but all looks quiet there now.
