Heritage Lottery Fund to invest £3m in local history projects

great minds think alike.i was going to suggest this at the birthday bash on friday.an application stating how this site brings various types together (you need to be able to claim full PC status on these things, so any ethnic,gay,minority etc threads would be useful<LOL>?).
