Circa 1950's photographs while you wait.

Something from the back of my memory.It must have been during the mid fifties on the open space below the then Yorkshire Hussar,now Hoagies etc.There was a guy with a camera on a tripod who took photographsand developed them there and then.He had a cloth to cover the operation and the things he neededwere attached to the tripod legs.Anyone else remember this ?
