Hi allAfter a difficult birth - says mum - in Jimmy's I lived in Armley until I was 4, moved to Miggy in 68. I have some memories of that time, and one of them is a guy whom I'm sure was called Fred Sabey (Saby? Pronounced Say-bee) who took my kiddie photos.I remember him as being very old (wasn't everyone when you're 4?!), trilby hat and glasses, living in an old terraced house/cottage. Even remember a B&W TV in his front room.I lost these photos years ago, a shame because his name and address were stamped on the back of them. My mum is in her late 80s and has no memory of this time, bless her.Anyone who can confirm my foggy memories?Many other questions on way about Armley, this'll do for now!Thanks as always.

There's nothing like keeping the past alive - it makes us relieved to reflect that any bad times have gone, and happy to relive all the joyful and fascinating experiences of our own and other folks' earlier days.
