Does anyone know the phone number of Leeds Hospital Fund? I've misplaces my claim form,can't find a number in the directory or online.Many thanks!

Can anyone tell me how to un-tick a thread post notification alert.My e-mail inbox is deluged with one particular thread alerts !!!!!! Must have inadvertently ticked the little box sometime because wouldn't normally do that.Help !!!!!!!!!!!P.S. I DIDN'T TICK THIS THREADS BOX THOUGH ! : )
