If this is the one I’m thinking of [next to the Vic] it was, many years ago, the Probation Service offices. My first b/f’s mother had her office on the first floor.

I can't see any mention in the previous threads that immediately before it was O'Neils it was the Felon and Firkin and the Felon presumably is from the Juvenile Court it was probably immediately before becoming the Felon and Firkin.
