Apologies for dragging a very old thread up. I emailed DSCO first to check the etiquette and he said it was better to pull up the old thread rather than starting a new one.I moved into the old house mentioned in this thread around 6 months ago. Since that time I've been trying to research the building and in particular the old mill from which the house and street take their name. I've been lucky in that the previous owners were able to pass me a folder full of original documents covering much of the buildings life. Please feel free to have a look at them if they take your interest.https://www.facebook.com/anthony.sheldr ... 9&type=3My main goal is to find an image of the mill itself. In an ideal world I'd find a photo but since the mill was derelict in 1927 I'm resigned to the fact that the best I'll manage will be a painting/drawing. Apparently this painting shows it but I can't make it out from the picture on Leodish-ttp/www.leodis.net/imagesLeodis/screen/25/2 ... 8025.jpgSo I'm looking for a little help. Is anyone aware of an image that shows the mill or do they have any suggestions for how I might find one? I've posted the same request on the "Secret Leeds 2" group on Facebook so if you are able to help in any way, please feel free to grab me on their or here. Thanks in advance

I think that is a typed up version of this document which is currently sat on my bookshelf:https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... rCertainly the signatures seem to match. Thank you very much for finding this. I've wanted to read the documents but some of them are very fragile and I was worried about damaging them, so this is a perfect fix.
