there are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand ternary, those that don't and those that think this a joke about the binary system.

No, I'm not, Arry!Although I vaguely remember him when he ran The Albion, up t'road!I guess you could register as two people and then have arguments with yourself!

They're only a 'Lidl' bit cheaper there,Drapsey!Sundowner,I HAVE to cock(can I say that?)my little pinkyor it sticks up my nose and spills the tea!I actually 'inherited' a 9" Bush tele, early '60's ,Blackn'white of course! The operating instructions were signed personallyby John Logie Baird (No relation to Yogi!),so you could tellit was real state of the art!!!Anyway, whilst holding the indoor aerial, and stood on a chairin the corner . everyone watching (half thestreet!),gave a gasp and said,'Look! all the fishes (Tunny)are suddenly swimming diagonally upward!" Next minuteblack zigzag lines blotted out the screen, and black and bluezigzag smoke,to match, issued from behind the 'Box'!Evacuate now! and two stalwarts grabbed the machineand despatched it thru the back door, which was open, just in case!Ah well! It was back to 'Saturday Night on the Light' on steam wireless for a week or so till Radio Rentals started doing Teles!(Two bob a week for the rest of your life!),Passing neighbours used to remark,'OOOH Look!,Arry's got TVin the garden as well! 'Not much of a picture, though!'
