OY Fluffy Sheep!I got off the 49 bus 2 weeks ago to get that same shot of Cole's Coals! Now u have pipped me to it! GRRRR!I sent it immediately to Munki to post for me BUT-He musta bin too busy to bother!Anyway no harm done eh?Keep up the good work.Arry AwkPS are u a Fluffy Ewe or a Fluffy RAM????

Sorry about that! I bet we're all following each other round taking these pictures. It'll make up for Drapesy beating me to it on the Melbourne photos at the Haddon Hall!I'm a Ewe by the way.

Another very faint one (and another palimpsest) in Hunslet. It definitely says 'Joiner' and 'Undertaker'

Just a thought might an undertaker not double as a joiner particularly if the dispatch trade is slow. Presumably an undertaker would require joinery skills for building coffins.

I am an Undertaker. And the coffins are usually made now by separate firm such as a joiner/carpenter. I've made several trips to collect coffins & special caskets.The only bit of joinery we to with the coffins is attaching the handles to the sides and the name plate on top of it.
