Can someone tell me why some drivers keep trying to charge £1.90 on a £1.20 run?Got on a 49/50 to go from Burley St Mathias to Park Lane yesterday, and the guy insisted the fare was £1.90, so I pulled him up and said it was £1.20 last year but he kept on saying it was £1.90.Thought at first it was a firstbus price hike wee take, but then when i met someone else who did that run and it was £1.20 I checked the ticket and he'd given me one for £1.90 to Eastgate. One of the drivers tried to hit me £1.90 to go from Kirkstall Junction to Nettos last year too, since then i've walked that run.Do the drivers not know what their fares are, or is there something else funny going on? I don't see how there's an obvious fiddle here if they haven;t underrung the ticket?

Years ago going back to the days of the buses with centre doors. A few drivers were on the rob. They'd say the ticket machine was playing up, you got no ticket, they pocketed the fair.

All three were Y reg single deckers (with apologies to Blakey and co builders and engine details are beyond me). They also still carry contact details of the "White Rose" bus company (can't fault them for that) of Leicester Update on this. Maybe Centrebus are serious. Spotted on the 92 route last night a '60' reg bus. Don't know the 92 route? It's mainly for students at Leeds Met

Unless I missed something I got to the last page of the survey and there still seemed to be no part of the survey where you could suggest a name for the bus. Some of it is just a survey to find such as your age and travel routine, which is not what I was expecting!

"I bet Crazy Jane has a few 'suitable' suggestions"Sadly none that I could possibly share on this wonderful family friendly forum Btw whatever app they're using for that quiz is wonky, when I click it misidentifies me as someone that tried to complete the form earlier in the day then left it, even lets me pick up where the other person left off lol they didn;t fancy putting their contact info in, and nor would I.Is this someone else here?"We have registered an incomplete response from you to this survey at 29.01-2011 12:18."

On Friday night I waited over an hour for the 64/64A in Aberford. The bus came extremely late from the other direction, and then, as is often the case, did not bother returning from the terminus, thus meaning the bus I had run to the stop to catch after work, never came. Then the next bus came along late, but at least this time it actually returned from the terminus. It comes to something when you're grateful for the bus just turning up, doesn't it?I was furious to be honest. The drivers don't offer any kind of apology. It was freezing cold, and an old lady was also waiting, which I just don't think is right. The fact the buses often don't bother coming back if they are late to the terminus is just insulting and displays perfectly the contempt with which Worst treat their customers.Anybody know who I can write to to express my feelings on this?

Doggers - I'd write to Worst but also complain to Metro, as they are probably subsidising the service out of the peak hours anyway and are paying (cue: Dire Straits) money for nothing. Dates and times of missing services will be needed. How about nominating the 64/64A timetable leaflet for next year's Booker Award for fiction?
