Longer pedestrianisation times for some Leeds centre streets

I do think this is the kind oif measure which may give Leeds a European feel but the weather seems so unpredictable that I'm not sure how the dates can be worked out.

Yeah i used to work at arts cafe on call lane and i remember when finishing it was "every man for himself" upon leaving at that time.I can only imagine that once the whole pedestrianization is completed it will be pretty similar or will get a rep similar to call lane
