Adam Lowther of Leeds. Where is he now?A certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion. So he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him. On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, ‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I come again, I will repay you.’

I've walked it a few times and seen a fair few unsavoury characters. I believe they're have been several rapes too in recent yearshttp://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/news/lat ... -1-4655786

I often cycle the towpath, and take the view that it is better to be 'REALLY' careful at eg narrowing of path for bridges etc than take a spill.I ring bell, loud whistle and footwalk it round.I have twice nearly "gone in" as runner/jogger going faster than me has come oppo way, deep in thought and ipod on full.Phill it is a bit isolated and one does need to assess who's who.
