Now that Old Maps is working again, it looks like the City Inn was at 67 Tong Rd as it's the only PH around there on the map. It's on the corner with Redshaw Rd. On Google Street View it was on part of the site now occupied by the White Rose bar and restaurant http://goo.gl/maps/OrQZq.The location of that cafe is intriguing me. It'll be good to see the video and find out where it was.

I think I've seen some other photos of it on Leodis, with comments underneath by relatives of the owners, I'll have a look later on and see what I can find.
